Very happy with Chris Couillard's customer service and attention to detail. We recently had garage built for a seasonal property and needed to add it to our coverage. He was able to get better coverage for our home with the new garage for nearly the same yearly premium. I can't speak highly enough of Chris's efforts!

I have very good record no accident 5 years or tickets and when I did online to find out how much I’ll pay each month am surprised 😮 they asked me $208 each month full cover to my car ! I went to State Farm and I get $114 each month full cover ! Geico starting be scums peoples. …

Awful, they give you a run around in phone calls when handling a claim that took up to 2 weeks to file; unfortunately releasing crucial details at the last minute that subjects you to another period in response time. Great job, lizard.

I called Geico Mr Craig Brown help me personally because all his reps were busy so he took care of me , answered all my questions, explained the policy , and we're done in about 15 minutes , and had my proof of insurance papers waiting for me this morning so I could register my motorcycle !!! Thank you Mr Brown thank you GEICO you are both awesome client for life now

Bad experience. No help at all and I was told to go ans fins myself another insurance. I have had Geico for many years and how never missed a payment. Will nor recommend Geico ro anyone.

.I've been with them for over 10yr.. this month is renewal and I spoke to them on the app at night to remove 2 cars on they said I couldn't do it until I turned in plate.asked if it was OK to make the paymt the next day it was OK I didn't hv a canc. notice. didn't want any issue'smade the whole paymt. The system then send me a canc.notice that I didn't meet the canc.. and now they refuse to help after they got my money thmoney.mi
